As building project managers we can take overall responsibility for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of your construction project. We ensure that yours, the clients,' wishes are adhered to and that the project is completed on time and within the budget agreed.

We can carry out all of the following or just those duties you need.

• Prepare specifications and schedules.
• Prepare drawings
• Obtain planning and building control consent
• Invite and analyse tenders.
• Prepare building contracts.
• Site supervision and project management.
• Agree extras and changes to the specification if required
• Agree the final account with the builder
• Carry out snagging at the end of the job

Where and how much

We operate in North Surrey, North East Hampshire and South Berkshire

Time to be allocated, number of site visits etc. are agreed with the client before a fee is fixed, should additional work be needed it is agreed with the client beforehand and will be charged for at our standard hourly rate.
